Twinings Tea: Favorite Tea
- 2.5 oz. dry tea
- 16 oz. sugar
- 1 oz. arrowroot
- 4.5 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- Steep loose tea in hot water for about 10 mins. Strain off the infusion and keep aside.
- Boil the milk, and while heating, blend the sugar with the arrowroot, add to the milk.
- Simmer for 10 minutes stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Remove from the heat, add the tea, stir well and freeze in a mold.
