Twinings Tea: Any Tea
Ingredients
- 500g mixed fruit
- 1 cup loosely packed brown sugar
- 1 strong tea - soaked overnight
- 2 cups self raising flour 1 egg
Method
- Beat egg and add to fruit etc. then add flour.
- Put mixture into either one or two loaf tins.
- Cook 1 loaf about 1.5 hours or 2 loaves for 45 mins in a moderate oven 350 F(180 C).
