Twinings Tea: Earl Grey
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Earl Grey tea
- 1 oz. Canadian Club Whisky
- 2 tsp. Sugar Syrup
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Method
- Brew tea for 3-5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Mix ingredients together, shake over ice, pour in Champagne Flute and garnish with sliced strawberry on rim of glass.
