Teatox Day Two

First Thing

A dessertspoon of linseeds with a large tumbler of water.

Breakfast

Choose either of the below:

  1. A large fresh fruit salad
  2. A delicious 'shake' made by blending: one large banana, a dessertspoon of single cream, a dozen blanched almonds, a teaspoon of dark liquid honey, and 250ml of filtered water

Mid Morning

  1. A dozen dried figs
  2. A handful of unsalted nuts (not peanuts)
  3. A cup of Twinings Pure Green Tea

Lunch

Choose from either of the below:

  1. Soup leftover from yesterday
  2. A salad from any of the fresh ingredients in the refrigerator.

As a sweet and nourishing extra, sprinkle the salad with seedless raisins, sultanas and crushed walnuts

Mid Afternoon

A large cup of Twinings Camomile Green Tea

Supper

Choose from either of the below:

  1. Any fresh fish, grilled and served with a large green salad
  2. A generous serving of goats cheese served with a large green salad
  3. Then relax with a cup of Twinings Jasmine Green Tea

Before Bed

A small tub of sheep's milk yoghurt
